  • 1. Do I need a provisional?

    Yes you do need a UK provisional driving licence and you must bring it to your first lesson.

    You must speak with your first instructor before calling. As per our terms and conditions if you are having lessons, your instructor will have been paid after your first lesson. Otherwise please email us on or call us on 03333013333 and press option 4.

  • 14. Why does my refund take 14 days?

    All payments can take up to 14 days to clear processing inbound to us. In a refund scenario the same applies in addition there are extra secure checks we have to make to prior to the refund being approved and processed. This process can take up to 14 days.
